Here, ‘kisetsukan’—an emotional connection with seasonality—guides every dish, every gesture. We take care to create a heartfelt dining experience that resonates beyond the dining table.

Emotive and imaginative, Esora showcases modern Japanese cuisine guided by an affinity with nature. Here, the chefs are storytellers and every dish is an intimate tale of nostalgia, seasonality and sheer fanaticism. Esora also presents a dedicated tea-pairing programme, the first of its kind in Singapore, offering a selection that elegantly expresses nature’s essence.
Design
Esora is a warm and welcoming space, where the chef-guest relationship is always at the forefront. The main counter sits below a skylight dressed in washi paper—paying tribute to the endless possibilities of cloud formations in the open sky; a reference to the restaurant’s name, ‘painting in the sky’ in Japanese.
